Earning Loops — Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you bought. Here’s how refunds work.


  1. The 14-day, no-questions-asked window

Within 14 days of your purchase date, you can request a refund for any reason. No questions, no awkward forms.

To request a refund:

  • Email info@earningloops.com with your order number

  • We process the refund within 48 hours

  • Refunds go back to the original payment method (typical bank/card processing time: 5–10 business days)


  1. After 14 days

After the 14-day window, refunds are reviewed case-by-case. We may grant refunds for:

  • Technical issues we can’t resolve (you can’t access the files at all)

  • Mismatch between what was advertised and what you received

We typically don’t grant refunds after 14 days for:

  • “I changed my mind”

  • “I didn’t have time to use it”

  • “I bought it but never tried it”

We’re reasonable. If something genuinely went wrong, email us and we’ll figure it out.


  1. What happens to your access after a refund

When a refund is processed:

  • Your access to the digital files is revoked

  • Your order is marked as refunded

  • You’re removed from any included email update lists for that product

Continued use of the product after a refund is a violation of the Terms of Service.


  1. Refund exceptions

Refunds are not granted for:

  • Custom or commercial license purchases (those are negotiated separately)

  • Products purchased through unauthorized resellers (we only sell on earningloops.com)

  • Products downloaded and confirmed received more than 60 days ago, except in unusual circumstances


  1. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a purchase, please email us first — we’ll always try to fix it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first usually results in losing access to all your Earning Loops products.
