Welcome to Earning Loops. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of earningloops.com (the “Site”) and the digital products we sell. By using the Site or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

  1. About us

Earning Loops is operated by ALLSALE LLC, based in United States of America. Contact: info@earningloops.com.

  1. The products

We sell digital products — primarily downloadable kits, templates, prompt libraries, and guides for small business automation. All products are delivered electronically immediately after purchase.

We may add, modify, or remove products at any time. Once you’ve purchased a product, you have access to that version of the product (and all future updates we provide for it) for as long as we operate.

  1. License

When you buy a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product:

  • Within your own business or businesses you own

  • For internal use, marketing, or commercial purposes within your business

  • Forever (no time limit)

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the product or its contents

  • Use the product on behalf of clients (i.e., as part of a paid service to others) unless you’ve purchased a separate commercial license — email info@earningloops.com for commercial license inquiries

  • Claim authorship of the product

  • Use the product to create a competing product

If you’re a freelancer or agency wanting to use a kit across multiple client businesses, contact us — we offer agency licenses at a separate rate.

  1. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time, but the price you paid is honored — once you’ve purchased, you keep the product at the price you paid, including future updates.

Payment is processed by Shopify Payments and PayPal. We do not store your card details.

  1. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase, no questions asked. Email info@earningloops.com with your order number and we’ll process the refund within 48 hours.

After 14 days, refunds are reviewed case-by-case but typically not granted. See the Refund Policy page for full details.

  1. Delivery and access

Products are delivered as digital downloads via email and the post-purchase page on this Site. If you don’t receive your download link within 30 minutes of purchase:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder

  2. Confirm the order email address is correct

  3. Email info@earningloops.com — we’ll resend manually

Download links don’t expire. You can re-download at any time by logging into your account.

  1. Intellectual property

All content on the Site and within the products — including text, design, graphics, code, and prompt libraries — is owned by Earning Loops and protected by copyright. The license you receive on purchase (Section 3) gives you the right to use the content, not own or redistribute it.

  1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

  • Copy, scrape, or republish content from the Site without permission

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site

  • Use the Site to send spam, malware, or harmful content

  • Impersonate Earning Loops or any of our customers

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders we suspect violate these Terms.

  1. Disclaimers

The products are sold “as is.” We don’t guarantee specific results — your business outcomes depend on many factors (your offer, audience, market, execution). The kits give you the tools and frameworks; the results come from how you apply them.

We do our best to keep the Site working, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Site will be error-free.

  1. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earning Loops, its team, and its suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

  1. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Significant changes will be announced by email to customers on file. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

  1. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United States of America. Any disputes are resolved in the courts of United States
